 The Buffet at Bellagio offers many live-action cooking stations and the level of food quality and presentation is just exraordinary in Las Vegas making it number one in my list of best buffets in Las Vegas. The best of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, seafood and American cuisines are available for guests and diners to choose from and while you are there enjoy an exquisite champagne brunch on the weekend.
Bellagio buffet price: $18 for lunch buffet, $26 for dinner buffet, $34 for gourmet dinner buffet on Friday and Saturday.

Paris - Le Village Buffet

 Another one of the best buffets in Las Vegas in the Paris Casino called the  "Le Village Buffet". This extraordinary dining experience takes buffet dining to a higher echelon by featuring live-action stations, the freshest ingredients and food cooked to order in a remarkable French village settings. Meals are prepared as they are ordered to ensure the quality and freshness of each selection. In Brittany, you'll find such things as made-to-order crepes, surprisingly good roasted duck with green peppercorn and peaches, and steamed mussels with butter and shallots.
